We stand behind our products but are also limited by Manufacturer policies. If your cartridge is deemed defective and within the warranty period (1 year for A M Exclusive brand toners, 30 days for OEM toners), we will provide a free replacement. If it is outside of the warranty period, we will provide a discount on a replacement toner corresponding to the percentage of pages remaining under the expected yield in your defective cartridge.
